Another stunner from Pocket Scents!! Solmare is a triumphant revival of the discontinued gem Aqva Amara, brought back to life with a fresh, modern twist. This aquatic fragrance is a sensory journey — bold, masculine, and unapologetically sexy.
The opening is a dazzling splash of mandarin orange, juicy and vibrant, immediately setting the tone for a fragrance full of energy and attitude. This citrus burst is beautifully balanced with neroli, adding a floral brightness and a wave of pure freshness that evokes sunlit coastlines and salty sea breezes.
As it unfolds, aquatic breezes carry the scent into deeper waters, where the heart of the fragrance reveals a smooth transition into a warm, earthy patchouli base. The drydown is enriched with a touch of frankincense, adding a subtle resinous depth that lingers with elegance and mystery.
Solmare is more than just a fragrance — it’s a statement. Confident, charismatic, and full of life, it captures the spirit of summer with the sophistication of a timeless classic. For fans of Aqva Amara and lovers of aquatic scents, this is a must-have revival that doesn’t disappoint.

Yet another stunner from Pocket Scents!!
I love the manderin orange opening and the patchouli drydown, just as good as Aqva Amara but with better legs - I used this last Saturday at 5.00pm and it was still projecting at midnight despite me walking, sitting in a beer garden and then heading to an Italian resturant.
Hi Gerry,
Thanks a million for your sparkling review for Salmare.
It's good to hear from a customer who appreciates the longevity of our fragrances and their complexity too. You got the main opening notes and the drydown right - next time you use this look out for the Neroli mid notes - in my opinion that's where this fragrance really shows its complexity.
