This is a really nice, interesting one. It has this citrus that punches you in the face, then dies down to wander around the woody/amber notes. Almost as if they go into each other throughout the wear. This is a real classic scent not a powerhouse but then it's not meant to be i absolutely love it.
Hi Tony,
You're right - this is not a powerhouse scent that blasts from the first spritz, it was formulated to deliver a gentle release of perfume to be enjoyed throughout many hours. I'm glad you like it.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share your thoughts.

At first I was a bit meh but then the fragrance began to project and I got a sophisticated whiff of lemon, levender and patchouli which is very pleasing indeed. I kept going back to smell my wrists and arms as this is a really subtle but refined perfume. Another winner from Pocket Scents - keep them coming lads!
Hi Gerry
Great minds think alike, I too was a bit meh at first but it's a grower.
Keep your eyes on our social media and emails as we have some new perfumes coming soon.
Thank you for posting your review.

Gallus is pure class lovely great combination of lemon lavender and cardamon. I thought I would be old school but no it would give any of the modern day fragrances a good spanking it's just classier than they are...I've never smelt the og before so can't compare but this will remind you of so many differant fragrances .I smell a little mugler amen and little la nuit d'lomme and surprisingly aventus this must have inspired so many dna's
Hi Stephen,
Personally, I find Gallus to be very subtle - not loud but always there and very classy (as you mention).
It's a classic gents fragrance. I'm glad it met your expectations.
Thanks for your review.

Can’t give this one any more than 1 star unfortunately! It smells of absolutely nothing at all…despite multiple sprays it has no scent profile whatsoever. I have always been a big supporter of the brand and cannot praise their other offerings highly enough, but this is just water in a bottle, which really disappointed me!
Hi Luis,
Gallus - personally I really rate this fragrance, it is subtle, it's not overpowering and for a huge number of our customers (and me) that's what they want.
Wait a week then give it another try - you may be pleasantly surprised...
Thanks for your review - we appreciate all feedback.
